Sarah Falciani, MS, MA, CPC is a self concept and mental performance coach specializing in helping clients break free from overthinking, shift insecure attachment patterns, and build secure, grounded relationships through identity and nervous system transformation.
With a background in human behavior, performance psychology, and leadership, Sarah combines evidence-based principles with practical tools to help clients develop the mental, emotional, and behavioral skills needed to create lasting change in their lives and relationships.
Her work focuses on transforming the underlying assumptions that drive patterns in love, self-worth, and decision-making, allowing clients to move from reactive and uncertain to clear, confident, and self-led.
Sarah is originally from New Jersey and currently resides in Austin, Texas with her dog and two cats. She is the creator of the 3-Day Attachment Detox and Spiraling to Secure, and the founder of the Secure Self Collective. Sarah recently completed her latest graduate-level coursework in Organizational Leadership through Johns Hopkins University. She is also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).
